Got this for my mum because she’s always cold. She keeps it on her favourite chair and says it’s really cosy.

My chair always felt cold in the morning. This makes it feel warmer, and I like how soft it is.

Questions? We've got answers

How fast does it warm up?
It starts warming as soon as you switch it on and is cosy within minutes. The thermostat then holds a steady temperature.
Is it safe to sit on all day?
Yes. Thermostat control stops it from overheating, and the Classic has automatic power-off so it won't keep running if you forget it. Keep it away from young children and don't use it while sleeping.
Does it switch off by itself?
The Classic has a built-in automatic power-off timer. You can also switch either version off on the controller at any time.
How many heat levels are there?
The Premium has 3 heat levels. The Classic uses a thermostat controller so you can adjust the warmth to suit you.
How is it powered?
The Classic plugs into a wall socket and arrives with the right plug, or a plug adapter, for your country. The Premium runs on USB, so you can plug it into a laptop, a power bank or any USB wall adapter.
Will it work in my country?
Yes. Both versions work in every country we ship to, including the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, the UAE and New Zealand. The Premium is USB so it works anywhere, and the Classic comes with the right plug or adapter for your country.
What size is it and will it fit my chair?
Classic is 45 × 90 cm and Premium is 48 × 100 cm, covering both the seat and the backrest. It fits most office chairs, desk chairs, dining chairs and sofas.
What's the difference between Classic and Premium?
Premium is larger (48 × 100 cm), extra fluffy, comes in 6 colours, has 3 heat levels and runs on USB. Classic is grey, 45 × 90 cm and plugs into the wall.
How do I clean it?
Unplug it first, then spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Don't machine wash or soak the heating pad, and let it dry completely before using it again.
Can I fold it and take it with me?
Yes. It's flexible and folds flat, so it's easy to store or carry between home and the office.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 6–12 days to the US and 7–14 days to all other countries. Shipping is $5.99, or $9.99 to the rest of Europe, the UAE and New Zealand.
Is there a warranty?
You can add a 2-Year Warranty at checkout. If your SedarlySeats stops working within two years, we'll replace it.
